1. Who may sell

• Private users may sell their own used airsoft-related items.
• Business, trader and otherwise professional sales are not allowed in Kuulaportti marketplace for now.
• If you are selling commercially or on behalf of a company, do not publish the listing until business sales are explicitly enabled.

2. Allowed items

• Airsoft replicas, airsoft magazines, spare parts, accessories, protective equipment, tactical gear and airsoft event props.
• Used items are allowed, but normal wear, defects, missing parts, modifications and included accessories must be described truthfully.
• Photos must show the actual item unless the listing clearly states otherwise.

3. Prohibited items

• Real firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnics, deactivated firearms and conversion parts.
• Illegal knives, restricted weapons, self-defence weapons, hazardous chemicals, stolen goods, counterfeit goods and items that infringe third-party rights.
• Scam listings, misleading prices, unrelated products, personal data leaks, harassment and attempts to move users to unsafe payment arrangements.

4. Listing quality and pricing

• The listing title, category, price, condition, location and delivery/payment methods must be accurate.
• Do not list an item you do not have the right or practical ability to sell.
• Paid promotion only affects marketplace visibility. It does not approve the item, guarantee a sale or exempt the listing from moderation.

5. Safe trading

• Check the seller profile, event history, public listings and reviews before paying.
• Prefer face-to-face trades, event handover or payment methods that leave a trace.
• Keep agreements, offers, delivery details and problem reports inside Kuulaportti messages whenever possible.
• Report suspicious listings, suspicious messages, unpaid items, non-delivery or rule violations immediately.

6. Moderation

• Kuulaportti may hide, reject, edit metadata, remove or expire listings that violate these rules or create safety, legal or fraud risks.
• Moderators may inspect reports, listings and marketplace conversations when this is necessary for marketplace safety or dispute handling.
• Repeated misuse may lead to marketplace restrictions or account-level actions.

7. Privacy notice

Marketplace listings, messages, offers, reports, reviews and paid promotion transactions are stored in Kuulaportti so that buyers, sellers and moderators can complete and verify trades.

• Public listing data includes the title, description, price, category, general location, media, seller profile link and seller rating.
• Private messages and offers are visible to the conversation participants and, when necessary, to authorized moderators investigating reports or marketplace abuse.
• Reports, moderation actions, fraud-prevention logs and paid feature transactions may be retained for marketplace safety, accounting and administrative purposes.
• Do not publish phone numbers, home addresses, identity documents or other unnecessary personal data in listing descriptions or photos.
